Disposable Polychloroprene (Neoprene) Exam Gloves
Along with being a leading manufacturer of thin-walled medical gloves made from Natural Rubber Latex, we also offer a Patented formulation to manufacture Polychloroprene (Neoprene) Rubber (CR) gloves, with a range of products for safe and dependable hand protection. With its genesis in the mid-nineties, when allergenic natural rubber latex proteins caused havoc amongst healthcare workers, severely sensitizing many and causing NR to be perceived as life threatening, MediSafe (then known as Irama Dinamika Latex) saw a big opportunity for developing a suitable synthetic glove that would offer the comfort of rubber latex gloves while maintaining the barrier integrity of medical gloves. Hence, the company's R&D effort yielded a unique formulation of neoprene rubber for thin gloves suitable for continuous dipping processes.
This synthetic glove resembles NR closely in fit, feel, and comfort and retains the advantages of gloves made of synthetic rubber. Most synthetic alternatives developed by other manufacturers in the industry are rigid with high modulus causing hands to tire easily over short duration usage. This invention was issued a patent by the US Patent Office in 1999 and MediSafe became the only producer of Polychloroprene (Neoprene) Examination gloves in the world. Our Polychloroprene (Neoprene) gloves are available in both sterile and non-sterile forms and with color availability in White, Blue, Green, and any other exclusive color based on client preference. These gloves are available in 9" or 12", accelerator-free, and has received an FDA approval of Chemo Claim. This exclusive product is also currently manufactured by MediSafe for some of the world's leading glove companies.

Disposable Polychloroprene (Neoprene) High Risk Gloves (EMS)
Soon after inventing the Polychloroprene exam glove, MediSafe developed a sturdier version for more challenging applications in Emergency Medical Services (EMS), laboratory-use, oncology and industry. This higher thickness-profile glove is again unmatched by any other synthetic glove in comfort, fit and feel. Permeation resistance of the glove to industrial chemicals is high (see chart). The glove has also been tested for permeation to highly toxic chemotherapy chemicals (see chart below) and holds out against the most toxic - Carmustine - for close to 2 hours compared to conventional Nitrile gloves which holds out for only minutes.
Our EMS gloves are available in both sterile and non-sterile forms and with color availability in White, Blue, Green, and any other exclusive color based on client preference. These gloves are available in 12" and has received an FDA approval of Chemo Claim.

Disposable Polychloroprene (Neoprene) Surgical Gloves
The essence of MediSafe's knowledge of Polychloroprene dipping-technology distilled over the years has now also been utilized for developing a strong and comfortable Polychloroprene Surgeons' glove - a dependable and comfortable alternative to Natural Rubber Surgeons' gloves.
The molds on which these surgical gloves are formed have been custom designed for MediSafe. The design ensures optimal tactile sensitivity, fit, a snug grip at finger-tips, and a more relaxed fit along the rest of the fingers to allow blood to circulate unrestricted, helping reduce fatigue. Research has shown that one of the primary reasons surgeons experience hand fatigue, after hours of surgery, is poor circulation of blood due to closely-fitted gloves.
MediSafe's primary design objective for this surgical glove was to offer a reliable and comfortable synthetic-rubber alternative to surgeons who are unable to use Rubber Latex gloves, due to risk to their health to allergies from proteins in Natural Rubber. MediSafe's quest for a safe synthetic surgical glove drove its research team to develop a formulation for this long carbon-chain polymer-Polychloroprene (neoprene), suitable for the rigors of surgery. The ergonomic mold and formulation are designed to compliment each other to provide safety, comfort and sensitivity needed by a surgeon. These gloves are available in sterile format and has received an FDA approval of Chemo Claim.

Disposable Nitrile Gloves
Over the past ten years, the use of other synthetic alternatives such as Nitrile gloves has also increased substantially in the workplace. As the number of rubber latex allergies continues to rise, MediSafe's disposable Nitrile gloves are one of the alternatives to natural rubber latex. We are offering these in exam form (polymer-coated/chlorinated).
